Al Mosaid Establishment founded in the year 1973,
as a trading & contracting firm, since then grown
into a major organization with divisions specializing
in different fields. Each division has been set up
to be operating independent although avails head office
resources and guidance for matters of statutory/ corporate
concern. Jeddah Islamic Port Project
is one of such major specialized divisions. |

Islamic Port, one of the busiest of Saudi Ports is
also the principal commercial port and gateway for

large number of pilgrims to the Holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.
It is also the main point of entry for industrial & consumer goods
as well as live stocks to the Kingdom. |

Mansour Al Mosaid Jeddah Islamic Port Project along
with its sister concerns currently handles operations, management
and maintenance of Southern Cargo Terminal and Livestock Terminal
of the port on a lease basis for 10 years since January 1999, operations,
management and maintenance of Passenger Terminal on a lease basis
for 10 years since March 2002 and operations, management and maintenance
of Reefer Cargo Terminal including containers at 4 berths on a lease
basis for 10years since November 1998. |

The
division also subcontracts with Dammam Port container Terminal Operator
M/S IPS- Dammam Port for Handling of containers and Reefer cargo
at their berths since November 2001.We were also the subcontractor
with M/s Saudi Korean Port Services Co. Ltd., for three years for
handling RO-RO and containers at Jeddah Islamic Port.

has grown steady which resulted in the company seriously looking
for expansion avenues even outside of Saudi Arabia. |
